Let real experiences lead.
We interviewed customers and created a series of videos showing how they used KeraPod, alongside before-and-after experiences. The Client Story Engine approach gave the product a voice through the people using it.
IZUTECH / KERAPOD
Helping Jin bring KeraPod’s story to stylists through customer videos, product demonstrations, and a redesigned website.
Meet the people behind it
It starts with a vision.
Jin’s family moved from Korea to New Jersey in the 1970s. Hard work and a clear vision became part of how he approached building a business.
After building Izutech around hair styling tools, he saw an opportunity to complement its offer. KeraPod brought a single-use format to a salon treatment: one pod per application, designed with the stylist’s experience in mind.
For a stylist discovering KeraPod online, a product description could only go so far. Jin needed people to understand how it was used, see the before-and-after experience, and hear from other people who had tried it.
We interviewed customers and created a series of videos showing how they used KeraPod, alongside before-and-after experiences. The Client Story Engine approach gave the product a voice through the people using it.
We rebuilt the website around a clearer presentation of the product and its story, helping stylists and prospective wholesale buyers understand the offer before a sales conversation.
Godspeed reports that the engagement supported stronger sales conversations, larger sales, wholesale positioning, and use by dozens of hairstylists.
Social followings also grew, but that wasn’t the main focus. The priority was helping existing and future buyers understand what KeraPod offered.
Qualitative outcomes reported by Godspeed; no measured sales uplift is presented here.
